Three characters arrive at the theatre carrying everything they own - an umbrella, a suitcase and a lamp.  They find three houses (and also a light bulb).  A powerful voice orders one of the them to be 'Papers' the creator and guardian a frontier.  This leads to confusion, loss of their possessions, arguments and war, because...

-A frontier is a line that divides two countries.
-And what's it for?
-Well politically speaking...mm, from another point of view...distance... separation... and considering the factors of sciencotechnicalprismatics...
